Our Dermaplaning Technique
Dermaplaning procedures are usually completed on an outpatient basis in our office. After the skin is cleaned, the treatment will begin with carefully skimming the skin's surface with a facial blade. The technician will make several passes over different parts of the skin until the face has been entirely treated. The amount of time needed will vary, depending on whether part of or the whole face is being addressed. At a consultation beforehand, our team of providers will explain the process of dermaplaning to you.
